Every rep, every period, in one grid.

The results grid shows a cell per person per period. Watch the cells you care about and they recompute the moment you edit the formula. Anything computed against an older configuration is marked stale. A broken formula is marked error, never a silent zero.

So you know what next quarter costs before anyone is paid under it.

Preview the exact statement a rep will receive.

Right-click any calculated cell and open it as the statement the rep would see in production: the payout, the metrics and the deals behind it. Not an admin view, the real thing.

So nobody is surprised on payday, including you.

05Publicer

Publish as a snapshot. Place it on the timeline.

Publishing freezes the configuration as an immutable snapshot and you decide when it applies. Several drafts can live side by side: next quarter’s change and a fix for a past period. Statements always know which snapshot calculated them.

So you change plans with the confidence of a dry run.

How the Studio works

For the people who will actually build the plans.

Playground vs draftA playground is free-standing, tied to no plan. A draft belongs to a commission model and is prefilled from a snapshot. Same editor, same simulation tools.
Data sources and metricsData sources are filtered sets of synced records. Metrics are Sum, Average, Min, Max, Count on a data source, or Formula, Constant and Stepper on other metrics.
Cell statesNot calculated, calculating, done, done but stale, error. Any expression failure marks the whole cell error so a broken formula is never mistaken for a real zero.
Watch, Inspect, PreviewWatched cells recompute on every calculation-affecting edit. Inspect opens a cell in the editor with each metric’s value or error inline. Preview renders the rep’s statement.
Cosmetic vs calculation editsRenaming a metric or changing a display format never invalidates a computed result. Changing a formula or a filter does.
Snapshots and placementPublishing creates an immutable configuration snapshot. The timeline decides when it applies. Corrections to old periods use the snapshot that was active then.
AI agent (staff directed)A Prowi staff member can direct an AI agent to build and simulate a configuration in a blank playground, with its own identity in the history. It never edits a live model.
